Tscs has been in business in the los Angeles area for more that 20 years
What is your primary product or service?
our primary service is computer network design and implimentation
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was employed by one to the larger IT company back in the early 80's and got very sick and so they killed me off to all of my former clients the told them I had died, one day I was shopping with my wife about 2 years later and ran into one of my former client and he told me what was being said he asked if I would please come and see their system because it had not ran corectly since the last time I worked on it, and the tech that was being sent to correct the issue did not have a clue I though about it and gave him my number and the rest is history that was in 1986.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Don't call US until you have ran the gauntlet, my nitch is clean up as our slogan says "YOU'VE TRIED THE REST NOW LET US CLEAN UP THE MESS" TSCS Consultants Where connections or corrections are made.
